With a dazzling score featuring well-known standards including “Blue Skies,” “I Love A Piano,” “How Deep Is the Ocean” and the perennial title song, White Christmas is an uplifting, wholesome musical that will delight audiences of all ages.

Thespian Benefit: An Evening of Thespys!

The UHS Thespian Benefit is an annual fundraiser to help students raise money to attend the State Thespian Festival in Tampa, FL. The Festival can cost anywhere from $300-$500 per student, so all funds go back to support these wonderful Thespians!

Enjoy a night filled with Acting, Singing, Dancing and Technical Theatre as students perform and showcase their Individual Events from the District 5 Thespian Festival. The Troupe One Act Play may also be performed at this event for a public audience.

Something Rotten takes place in 1595 London, England. The Bottom brothers, Nick and Nigel are trying to find success by writing plays, but are outshined by the rock-star playwright of the Renaissance, William Shakespeare. Desperate to find success Nick gets help from a soothsayer for the next big hit. Then Nostradamus, Nick and Nigel set out to write the next big hit: Omelette: The Musical.

Theme: Over-the-top take on Shakespeare.

Language: There are sexual innuendos.

Rating: PG-13. Recommended for teens and up due to themes and suggestive language.

With help from the beautiful reporter Katherine Plumber, all of New York City soon recognizes the power of the underdog as Jack and his team rallies newsies from across the city to fight for what’s right.

One cold, clear, winter night, as the northern lights hover in the star-filled sky above, the residents of Almost, Maine, find themselves falling in and out of love in unexpected and hilarious ways. Knees are bruised. Hearts are broken. But the bruises heal, and the hearts mend—almost—in this delightful midwinter night’s dream.
